Rosas was found guilty of second degree murder and guilty of 2 counts of assault with intent to murder.
Aguilar shot Luis Partee Chavez near 44th Street and Kalamazoo in Grand Rapids last November. Then, Rosas ran Chavez over in his car.
A medical examiner who testified earlier in the case said either the gunshot or getting run over by the car alone would have killed the victim.
Aguilar and Rosas are scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 8.
