JUST 4 KIX: AIR JORDAN RETRO 1 "BLAKE GRIFFIN"

Blake Griffin follows in the footsteps of his Jordan Brand cohorts Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul with his own Air Jordan 1 sneaker. The Clippers high flyer's iteration features a predominantly red upper that takes over the toe wrap, quarter, and tongue. Contrasting hits of white fill the perforated toe box and move along the ankle collar and heel counter. The signature "Wings" graphic of the 1 is stamped on the collar, while Griffin's "BG" mark is displayed on the tongue.

Jordan Brand has not yet made it official, but there's speculation that Griffin's sneaker will release on December 20 with the other 1s from Melo and CP3.

This Saturday, JB is set to let loose another new take on the unmistakable Air Jordan XX8 silhouette. The zipped entry here notes carbon fiber inspiration, which is evident via the coinciding shroud. The black and grey wrap is then complemented with bright red shading on the tongue, laces and midsole, as again, you'll have your chance at the fresh colorway this weekend. JUST 4 KIX: Jordan CP3.VI AE "Hot Pink/Purple"

As we look forward to the Artisan Edition of Chris Paul's CP3.VI, which was just showcased on our latest episode ofQuickstrike, here we get a detailed peek at one of the forthcoming colorways of the hoops re-up. This particular pair sports a Hot Pink upper (although it gives off a reddish look), bordered with black trim and then further complemented with both purple and green branding and accents. The material and texture switch-ups are what set the AE option apart, as this color drop is to hit JB carriers on May 11.

Jordan Brand has always done a great job of paying homage to Michael’s accomplishments and its latest nod is to two of the teams the Bulls had to overcome en route to their first of six titles. The Jordan I Mid stays true to form but swapping in the Lakers’ gold and purple colorway as well as the Pistons' blue and red throughout the upper. You can expect these to start making their rounds at Jordan Brand retailers next month. Now only if we can get Kobe to ball out in these in the playoffs for a game.

JUST 4 KIX: Air Jordan I Retro '97 TXT Colorways

The Air Jordan I is the sneaker that started it all and 28 years later it is still one of the most popular models around, not to mention, a sneaker you should own before you die. This weekend the latest variation of the classic from Jordan Brand is set to drop in two colorways, Flat Pewter and Squadron Blue, with both taking accent colors from each other, as well as receiving some Electric Yellow detailing. You can pick these up from Nike Store on Saturday, February 2nd.
