The 23-year-old man who pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual assault and armed robbery on the day his rape trial was scheduled to begin will spend between 30 to 60 years in prison.
Gregory Quinn Jr. was sentenced Thursday in Kent County Circuit Court. He will begin serving his sentence for the crime after he finishes serving time for parole violations; however, it is unclear how long that prison time will be.
One charge of unarmed robbery was dropped in exchange for his plea.
On September 14, 2011, Quinn and Lucas Suchassaulted two women in a secluded area near Plainfield Avenue and Grove Street on as the victims were walking down the street.
Such, 18 when he was arrested, pleaded no contest in January and was sentenced to up to 40 years in prison in February.
