MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) - Two men were caught smoking pot directly outside one of the adjunct offices of the Muskegon County Sheriff's Department.
The men were caught at the Oak Campus precinct, which previously housed the Muskegon General Hospital and the county health department.
Both admitted buying and smoking marijuana, but police released them after questioning because a field test found the substance to be similar to marijuana.
Depending on the results of lab tests, arrest warrants could be issued.
