investigation
The Grand Rapids Police Department is investigating a situation in which a woman said three men abducted, beat and threatened to sexually assault her.

Officers were dispatched around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday to an area near Sheldon Avenue and Buckley Street SE.

A woman told police she was walking on Buckley Street when three men came out of a vacant home, grabbed her and took her inside that residence, where the alleged crime occurred.

One of the suspects jumped out of a second-story window.

When the officers arrived they saw the suspects running from the scene.

Two of the men were arrested while the third is still wanted. A description of him has not been released.
The woman was not injured and said she doesn't know the men.

There was also a report of someone trying to set the residence on fire but no signs of arson at the scene.
