Slaughterhouse spitter Royce Da 5'9 got Twitter buzzing after his Shady 2.0 cypher for the BET Awards. the rapper kept saying "Hi Rihanna" in between bars, and everyone was speculating about the name drop.
Royce hit up 106 and Park to explain the line:
"I seen her overseas, me and Em were performing at the V festival and she coming out to perform with us. She came out and she came up to me and told me she likes one of my songs. I feel like if she tells me that again, we go together [laughs] it has to happen. I express myself through my music so I just thought it was a line I was going to say. I didn't know she was going to hear it."
Well, Rih Rih did hear it, and the singer even responded on Twitter.
