Police are looking for a man who they say assaulted another man during an argument at a Grand Rapids dog park.
Police told 24 Hour News 8 a man had two unleashed dogs while walking in Wilcox Park on Sunday.
Another man started arguing with him because the dogs were not under control, police said, and that is when the dog owner cut the other man with scissors.
The dog owner ran away with his pets before officers arrived.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
